We are currently working on this luxury apartment building project called Residence At The Dior. The project consists of ground-up construction of 48 apartments and ground floor retail with below grade garage parking. This residence offers a wide selection of amenities all located in Dedham, MA.

We served as the General Contractor for the construction of buildings in an upscale complex called the Knoll Crest Apartments. Each of the newly constructed 48 units included an open floor plan with fireplaces, private deck and patio, and individual exterior unit storage areas all located in Middletown, CT.

Retail / Commercial Projects
We worked as the Construction Manager for a 25,000 square foot complex called the Bow Market. Complete adaptive re-use conversion of an old warehouse building into an urban open market. This project is located in Somerville’s Union Square and consists of retail, food vendors, and entertainment venues.
