David O’neil, President/CEO
David founded Essex Builders in 1984 and over the past 38 years he has helped the firm become the major player it is today. He studied Architecture & Engineering and earned his Degree in Building Construction Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. David provides executive leadership and oversight of the company, working closely with the COO to reach goals.
Stephen Foley, Senior Vice President/COO
Stephen has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry and his client service approach to construction management has developed trusted relationships with clients. In his role, he has overall responsibility for establishing corporate objectives as well as providing leadership for the day-to-day operations of the company as well as strategic direction.
Michelle O’Neil, Senior Vice President
Michelle joined the Essex team in 2014, bringing 10+ years of commercial real estate finance and investment experience. Her strong client relationship skills along with her broad industry experience make it ideal for her to manage Business Development and Client Relations. In her role, she is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships.
Ben rudary, Chief ESTIMATOR
Ben is a Senior Estimator with 7 years of professional experience in the construction industry. His detailed review of proposed drawings allows him to focus on dynamic value engineering to keep costs low. He will identify qualified trade contractors, as well as determine all materials and equipment needed, making sure they are available for the construction team to avoid any delays.
