Project Description: Essex Builders served as the Construction Manager for this 8,400 SF Education Center for the Massachusetts Audubon Society. Design included a unique bird blind that has a view of the newly restored salt marsh and the Merrimack River estuary. The Center, which is open to the public, offers private educational programs such as: conservation, wildlife and costal marine habitat.
