Project Description:  Essex Builders recently completed work on this mixed-use apartment building project located on Blue Hill Avenue. This tight urban project consisted of ground-up construction of 44 residential units, ground floor retail and parking. Essex was also selected for Pre-Construction and Value Engineering Phase.
