Project Description: Essex took over as the Construction Manager for this project as the owner (initially acting as the CM) needed to hire a qualified firm to complete it. Project consists of ground-up construction of a four-story, 47,537 SF, 46-unit market rate apartment building located at 4945 Washington Street in West Roxbury. Tight Project site and also includes 30 outdoor parking spaces and 37 spaces in the parking garage which was built below grade.
