Project Description: Essex Builders Corp. served as the General Contractor for an exterior renovation of an occupied multi-family historic adaptive reuse residential building. The renovation consisted of the preservation and rehabilitation of decorative cast stone elements, replacement of slate roofing, masonry repointing, repairs to the original wood windows, and a complete rehab of the granite street entry stairs and decorative rails of this circa 1926 National Registered Building.
