Project Description: Essex Builders Corp. served as the General Contractor for the renovation to an existing, occupied Volkswagen dealership. The existing masonry façade was upgraded to a metal panel and glass curtain wall system, while the interior showroom and sales office renovation included structural upgrades to the 50+ year old building and a detail oriented interior finish package. Additionally, the project required coordination with multiple owner vendors including signage, furniture, fire alarm, etc.
