Project Description: Essex Builders served as the Construction Manager for the ground-up construction of a 9,120 SF educational living center on the campus of The League School. The project is “Dormitory Inspired Living” for autistic students and includes three floors. All students have their own bedroom. On each floor are two bathrooms, kitchen area, laundry facility and common-area space. Additionally, there is an exercise room and game room.
