Project Description: Essex Builders Corp. served as the Construction Manager for this Design/Build renovation to convert a 10,000 SF research and development building to an office and laboratory facility. Features included; a sophisticated HVAC system, epoxy floors, extensive laboratory casework and fixtures, installation of fume hoods and an acid neutralization system.
