Project Description: As part of The Sinai Path To Excellence program to modernize several areas of the hospital and expand programs and services to meet the needs of patients and families. Essex Builders Corp. was hired as the Construction Manager on the renovation of Wing 1C of NESH and Rehabilitation Center. Phase I of the north wing modernization was completed while the 2nd half of the wing remained occupied. Renovations included: complete updates of all patient rooms, bathrooms, shower facilities, nurse’s stations and patient/visitor lounges.
