Project Description: Essex Builders Corp. was hired as the General Contractor for the construction of a new facility which provides a supportive environment for the rehabilitation of young women affected with emotional and behavioral problems. The building is divided into two gable roof wings clad with bands of shingles and clapboard. The center provides areas for specialized medical treatment.
