Project Description: Essex Builders was selected as the General Contractor for the ground-up construction of a four-story, elevated wood-frame, mixed-use development. The project included 1,500 SF of ground floor retail and 19 luxury residential units on floors 2-4 with high end finishes and on-site parking.
