Project Description: Essex Builders is currently working on phase one of a three-phase project at 60 Grove Street in Salem. As part of phase-one, Essex is currently wrapping up sitework and will begin construction of the first building, which will include 38 luxury rental apartments. The scope of the project is for three luxury apartment buildings totally 114 units, a stand-alone fitness center and a new community building.
