Project Description: Essex Builders Corp. served as the General Contractor for the conversion of an existing mill building into a 7,380 SF Dialysis Clinic, and served as the General Contractor for a medical fit-up project for Fresenius Medical Care in their Newburyport, MA location. Project included a 7,000 SF patient dialysis treatment center, including water treatment system and other specialty systems for the dialysis process.
