Project Description: Essex Builders Corp. served as the General Contractor for the 24,000 SF bio-technical laboratory and office space for Enzytech, Inc. Construction included; numerous laboratory work stations, food formulations/processing stations, and significant upgrading of existing supply and exhaust air systems. Other features of the project were the installation of fume hoods, a pre-fabricated environmental cold room, and associated gas/water/acid waste systems.
