Project Description: Essex Builders Corp. served as the General Contractor for an extensive interior and exterior renovation of this fully occupied multi-family, residential apartment complex. The scope of work included interior renovations of 24 apartment units, including the addition of a new sprinkler system, as well as a complete exterior envelope renovation and site-work.
