Project Description:  Essex Builders Corp. served as the General Contractor for the renovation to existing occupied car dealership. Exterior façade upgrades included new structural steel front canopy and vehicle delivery canopy, metal panels, EIFS and curtainwall system required for Kia’s re-branding program. Interior improvements included new flooring, painting, acoustical ceilings and remodeled public restrooms.
