Project Description:  Essex Builders served as the General Contractor for this 6,000 SF gut-renovation to build two interactive, amphitheater classrooms and six faculty offices in a 12-week schedule. Exterior work included: relocating the existing entrance and careful matchup of brickwork to preserve the original look of the building. Interior construction included: installing a new power service and mechanical system, specialized cabinetry to house the all the state of the art audio-visual equipment and extensive millwork for the customized radius seating.
