Project Description: Essex Builders Corp. served as the General Contractor for this 28,500 SF laboratory facility including: environmental, animal surgicenter and clean rooms, training rooms and a conference center. Essential elements for the laboratory included custom casework, glass piping, expoxy resin tops, radioisotope heads, cold rooms, sophisticated MEP and RO systems and acid neutralization. An emergency generator and a special HVAC system were also implemented.
